DIED. Hugh Morrow, 75, speechwriter and spokesman for New York Governor, later Vice President, Nelson Rockefeller; in Chestnut Ridge, N.Y. Morrow joined Rockefeller's staff after a career as a correspondent for the Philadelphia Inquirer and an editor of the Saturday Evening Post. Morrow was famous as a political speech writer. Henry Kissinger once said, "No one does the words better than Hughie."
